A booth meeting is easier to use well when the product idea has a little context behind it. A name and a reference photo are a start; the target customer, channel, pack and launch window turn them into a brief a development team can discuss.
ELOV will be exhibiting at InterCHARM Moscow 2026, the 33rd International Exhibition for the Beauty, Perfumery and Cosmetics Industry. If you are developing a skincare range or comparing OEM/ODM partners, come and talk through your project with us.

What should you bring to an OEM/ODM meeting?
You do not need a finished formula brief. A few clear decisions are enough to make a first conversation more specific and to identify what still needs work.
| Bring | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Target market and sales channel | They shape the product brief, claims discussion, pack information and documentation questions. |
| Product format and use moment | A daily moisturiser, a rinse-off cleanser and an overnight mask have different formula and package needs. |
| Packaging references | A bottle, jar, tube or airless pack can change the component plan, decoration and minimum commitments. |
| Quantity, cost range and timing | These help distinguish a ready-formula route from modification or custom development. |
| Reference products or samples | Explain what you want to retain and what should change: feel, fragrance, finish, format or price position. |
If your brief is still taking shape, that is useful to know too. The first conversation can help separate fixed requirements from preferences and identify the next decision, rather than forcing a premature formula choice.
Start with the project route, not the supplier label
“OEM” and “ODM” do not tell a buyer how much of a project is already defined. Be ready to explain whether you have a reference formula, want to adapt an existing direction, or need a new concept developed around a specific customer and channel. ELOV’s OEM/ODM service overview and product development process describe the routes in more detail.
It also helps to discuss the finished product as a system. Formula, container, dispensing component, decoration, label and carton may each affect cost, timing and approval. A packaging reference is not just a visual preference; it can change what needs to be checked before production. See the product testing process for how product checks fit into development.
A practical note for Russia-bound projects
Tell the team where the product is intended to be sold. Market-specific requirements and responsibilities should be confirmed for the finished product and its route to market; a trade-fair discussion is a starting point, not regulatory clearance.
What we can discuss at Hall 15, Booth D56
Bring the product idea, even if some details are open. We can talk through product format, development route, packaging direction, sampling questions and what information is needed to prepare a useful next-step brief. You can also review ELOV’s manufacturing process overview and available certificates before or after the meeting.
InterCHARM runs from October 14 to 17, 2026 at Crocus Expo Exhibition Centre in Moscow. We look forward to meeting skincare brand owners, distributors, retailers and product teams at Hall 15, Booth D56.
