FAQs

BUYER DECISION GUIDE

The questions buyers ask before starting

Whether you are developing a new product or reviewing a manufacturing partner, start with the information that shapes the correct route. For project-specific answers, submit a brief and our team will review it.

PRODUCT PROJECTS

From a product idea to a defined route

Use these answers to decide whether to begin with an existing format, a customised product direction, or a short assessment of the brief.
01Can we begin with an existing product format?
Yes. We can first discuss available product formats, desired texture, packaging direction and target market. This is useful when you want to assess a range before committing to a fully new development route.
02Can you help us develop a customised product?
Yes. A customised route begins with the product brief: category, intended market, desired format, formula direction, packaging and commercial context. The next steps depend on how defined the brief is and what needs to be evaluated.
03What information should we prepare before asking for a quote?
The most useful starting points are product category, desired format, target market, estimated quantity, packaging direction and your expected project timing. If some of these are not decided, that is fine; the assessment helps identify what is needed next.
04How do samples work?
Sample scope depends on the product route and the purpose of the review. We first confirm what needs to be evaluated, then advise the relevant product, formula or packaging sample path.

SUPPLIER EVALUATION

Questions before qualifying a manufacturing partner

For a supplier review, the right evidence depends on the product, destination market, packaging route and commercial requirements.
01Are you a manufacturer?
ELOV has more than 30 years in cosmetics manufacturing, 150,000㎡ of manufacturing space, 30+ production lines and a 50-person R&D team. For a specific project, we can explain which capability and production route are relevant.
02What documentation can be reviewed?
Documentation is assessed by project scope. Relevant material may include factory-system records, product and batch documentation, or market-specific records. Availability and applicability depend on the formula, target market, packaging, claim direction and commercial route.
03Can you confirm MOQ and production timing?
MOQ and timing are project-specific. They depend on product format, formula work, packaging components, testing needs, documentation requirements, order quantity and approval timing. Share the brief and we will advise the relevant route rather than offering a generic promise.
04How is sensitive project information handled?
If the project involves confidential formula, packaging or commercial information, flag this when you contact us. Our team will confirm the appropriate next step before detailed project information is shared.
