    Simply contact us and we will arrange for someone to contact you offline. We will discuss your MOQ (minimum order quantity), requirements, budget, etc. to confirm whether we can provide a free sample.

  • 2. Tell us your requirements

    Tell us all about your requirements and expectations, such as efficacy, texture, fragrance, colour and ingredients. We will also provide you with free consultations and proposals.

  • 3. Pay fee for sample & shipping

    To maintain the high quality of our service, we charge a fee for samples, which will be deducted in full from your total when you place a formal order. The cost depends on the item, the quantity ordered, and the shipping address.

  • 4. Wait/Receive/Try

    Samples will be delivered within 72 hours, with a logistics time of 5–8 days. Once you have received and tried our products, we will contact you to ask for feedback.

Is the sample free? How many bottles can I get?

No, we will charge a small free and we generally offer 5-8pcs for each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal, T/T, or Alibaba.

Can you customize the samples/formulation according to my ingredients and efficacy?

Sure! We can customize it to your desired ingredients, efficacy, texture, color, and fragrance based on our mature formulas.

How long does it take to get the sample ready?

2-3 days will finish the sample, and 5-12 days will arrive at your address. Also, we can help you send it to your agent, from Guangzhou, China.

Can I get the ingredient list, stability test report or MSDS of the samples?

Yes, all our samples have qualified test reports, please feel free to contact us.

Can I get the ingredient list before testing the samples?

We will provide MSDS (the ingredient list with percentages) after you confirm the final sample and start the official order. However, we will let you know the main ingredients of the product before testing the samples.

What if I want to revise the formula?

No problem. We can customize formulations according to customer requirements (deletion or addition of certain ingredients) with the approval of our professional engineers.

Can I get a sample with my own logo?

We only provide quality samples due to the long time and high cost of customized samples. But we provide free packaging design services. Usually, we’ll provide the packaging effect picture with your logo as a reference first. At the same time, the sample will be sent with the packing container you want.

Can I provide specified containers for you to fill samples?

Yes. At the same time, we will give professional advice and do the corresponding package testing, such as: filling net content, sealing, compatibility, etc.

Can I add my desired ingredients?

Yes sure, Please provide your ingredient information, and I will confirm with the engineer whether we have this ingredient. At the same time, all the raw materials we use are approved by the international INCI, and they are all made in accordance with the EU international regulations.

Can I customize the scent?

Yes sure, Our fragrance is from the same supplier as international perfume brands Dior, Estee Lauder, and Lancome, we have a lot of fragrances for you to choose from.

Can I add 20% vitamin C to this serum/cream?

All the raw materials we use are approved by the international INCI, and they are all made in accordance with the EU international regulations. The dose of ingredients of the product are made in accordance with the international regulations of the European Union, not more and not less, otherwise, there is no way to make the product, and the formula will be unstable.
